My hubby was into drug-free bodybuilding back in the 80's and early 90's. We traveled all over going to competitions, it was great fun. One of my favorite stories was when we were at a competition in Cedar Rapids, Iowa ... Lou Ferrigno (Of Incredible Hulk fame) was the celebrity guest, and I wasn't paying attention where I was walking and literally ran right into him. Geez it was so embarrassing and a bit like running into a walking, talking mountain. I commend you for pursuing fitness and digging even deeper with it through the body-building. Dedication will reward you in that sport!

Thanks, Dawn. Natural bodybuilding is so much fun. I honestly can't believe I did it. It was a rite of passage...approaching 50 and all. You know what I mean. How cool was that running into Lou Ferrigno?
