I'm a water snob too. With the exception of the occasional Odwalla juice, I drink water exclusively. And I'm very picky about the flavor of the water I drink.<BR/><BR/>When we bought our house 5 years ago, we knew we'd be remodeling the kitchen within the first year. The first thing I had picked out for my new kitchen was a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system. I love that thing! The only thing I don't like about it is having to change the filters. Where I grew up I like the filter. Seattle is, well, OK. It's good enough so we drink it. I must note, when we had our bathroom remodeled and changed out all the pipes, the bathroom tap water became the tastiest in the house. I'll often fill my water glass in the bathroom sink!
